MTV Movie Awards 2009 will be held live tonight at 9:00pm ET at the Gibson Amphitheater in Universal City, California. The full, official trailer for New Moon will be shown Sunday night during the show. Andy Samberg will host the show this year with performances of Eminem, Ashley Tisdale, Kelly Clarkson and Kings of Leon. It time again for one of my favorite annual events. The MTV Movie Awards, iconoclastic and brash from its birth in 1992, have at the same time poked fun of and embraced mainstream Hollywood in way that continues to attract at least several celebrated A-Listers. Mtv Movie Awards 2009 is set to start at 9 p.m. E.T. and i am sure it’s gonna be a starstudded affair. One of the attractions of the show Eminem will be perform at MTV Movie Awards stage which also makes his first live performance in years. Eminem also spoke to MTV recently about his recent success of his “Relapse” Album. Eminem said,”I don’t know if anything’s really surprised me. More so, I’m happy about the response the record is getting. I’m glad people have caught on to the concept.
